Raw nuts or roasted nuts?

Published on:27 Sep, 2021

No matter what your favourite nuts are, they are all rich in various fibres, proteins and healthy fats that provide you with energy and are good for your health.

However, there is some controversy over which nuts are healthier – raw or roasted?

It is a fact that roasted nuts have a stronger taste and most experts hold the opinion that they do not lose their properties and qualities when processed. Nuts are evenly roasted and most enter the oven without any added fat, which would otherwise change their healthy properties.

Although many would prefer raw nuts, the roasted ones are absorbed more efficiently by the body, satisfying hunger better and faster than raw nuts. Raw nuts preserve all their nutrients and are no worse as an alternative.

What kind of nuts do you prefer – raw or roasted?
