General Conditions of Use of Elit-P Ltd.website

These General Conditions of Use regulate the relations between Elit-P Ltd., of the one part, hereinafter referred to as "Operator”, and visitors of the website https://elit-p.com , on the other part, hereinafter referred to as "Visitors”.

The Visitor, using this website, is required to comply with the General conditions. In case of a disagreement regarding the General Conditions, the Visitor is required to immediately stop using the Website. The Operator shall not be liable, if the user did not read these conditions.

every Visitor is considered as having accepted the General conditions.

4.2. The Visitor has the opportunity to request a personal offer in connection with Operator's products and services, through the contact information on the website.

Art. 5. The intellectual property rights over all materials and resources located on the Operator's website (including the available databases) are subject to protection under the Copyright and Related Rights Act, belong to the Operator or to the designated person who has transferred the right to use the Operator. , and may not be used in violation of applicable law.

Liability

Art. 12. The operator is not liable:
12.1. For failure to provide the services in case of circumstances beyond his control – force majeure, accidental events, problems with Internet network and other similar circumstances.

12.2. For any disturbances or technical problems hindering the use of the services, caused by the user's way of operation of technical devices.

12.3. For any damages caused to the Visitor when using the service provided, unless they are caused intentionally by the Operator.

12.4. For the use by the Visitor of other websites to which the Operator's Website redirects to.

Art. 13. By accepting these Conditions of Use, the Visitor declares that he is aware of the possibility of probable interruptions and other difficulties in regard to his/her Internet connection when attempting to use the Website, which may occur regardless of the care taken by the Operator. The Visitor declares that he/she will not claim any compensation from the Operator for lost profits, damages or inconveniences due to the occurrence of the above-mentioned interruptions or difficulties of the Internet connection, including the capacity of this connection.

Art. 14. The Visitor is liable to the Operator when he causes damage by his actions or failures to act. Compensation is due for both damages and lost profits.

Additional provisions

Art. 15 Except in the cases stated in these General Conditions and the law, the contract between the parties is terminated upon liquidation of the Operator or discontinued maintenance of its Website, in which case each party must fulfil its obligations.

Art. 16. The parties declare that if any of the clauses of these General Conditions prove invalid, this will not invalidate the entire contract or other parts thereof. The invalid clause will be replaced by the mandatory norms of the law or the established practice.
